We reproduce below the conditions general of sale of our boat rental serviceon line on this website, respecting also Of the regulations on purchases made outside the loc alcommercial premises and specifically on line, Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 e European Directive 2011/83/EU, also in force in Italy since 13.06.2014.
Scope of application
The General Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of boat rental services carried out by the Company GDG SRL with headquarters in Via Dalbono n°72- 80055 – Portici (NA) – VAT number 1017214121 on the portal https://www.gdgservicesrl.com.
The GDG SRL Company offers boat rental service in Campania with Skipper and simple rental without skipper. Furthermore, it is possible to rent with different options, including rental with an established destination or free rental, or even full tank or all inclusive including fuel.
The various rental options and extra services can be identified and selected at the time of booking online and/or can be added later subject to availability.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
– Consumer/Renter any natural person who makes a reservation for a rental service for purposes other than any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out;
– “Renter” any natural or legal person who offers the boat rental service in the exercise of his/her entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity;

To make online reservations on GDG SERVICE SRL. you can operate as a guest or you can register on the website by creating your own personal Account. To register, it is necessary to provide some personal data. Confirmation of registration will take place immediately after the application is submitted. Only one registration per Customer is allowed.
At the time of the indication, as a Customer you will be responsible for the truthfulness of the data entered and for the disclosure of such data indicated to carry out the registration. We invite you to carefully guard and not to disclose your access credentials to third parties.

HOW TO BOOK
To book a boat rental on the website in the BOOK ONLINE section
1) from the boats tab select the type of boat
2) check availability from calendar with date and time
3) request to Book
4) fill in the CUSTOMER DATA, taking care to enter the exact contact details or Access an Account if you are registered
5) add the request to the cart and request to book
6) check that the information entered is correct and click on “Buy”
7) Proceed to pay the deposit equal to 40% of the total rental indicated
To confirm the reservation for the selected date, it is necessary to pay 40% of the deposit at the time of booking. The balance of the rental amount will be paid at the dock on the day selected for the reservation, at the same time as signing the specific Rental Agreement.
Once you have paid the deposit , you will receive a confirmation email of your booking with all the details of your order . From that moment on, your booking will be confirmed and you will only need to go to the rental dock on the day set for booking the boat.
It should be noted that at the time of signing the Charter Agreement at the dock, the Charterer will also be required to pay a security depositale for any damage to the boat which may vary depending on the type of boat and services extra booked.
PAYMENT METHODS
Reservations made on the website https://www.gdgservicesrl.com must be confirmed with the payment of a deposit of 40% of the total rental and this amount must be paid at the time of confirmation of the reservation.
To pay the deposit and confirm the reservation you can use the following tools: debit card or credit card. The following credit cards are accepted:
• Visa
• Visa Electron
• Postepay
• Paypal Prepaid
• Mastercard
• Maestro International (issued abroad)
• Carta Si
Payment card information entered on https://www.gdgservicesrl.com is protected through our encrypted server and payment security and authentication systems.
Other payment methods cannot be accepted to confirm the booking.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal and therefore cancellation for all reservations made on the website https://www.gdgservicesrl.com, under the following terms and conditions:
– If cancellation occurs 72 hours prior to the booked rental date, the deposit paid is returned in full;
– If cancellation is made after 72 hours but up to 48 hours before the booked rental date, the deposit is returned only 50% of the amount paid;
– If cancellation occurs after 48 hours of the booked rental date, the deposit is retained as a late cancellation fee and is not returned.
To cancel the reservation within the time limit, it is necessary to send an email to assistenzaclienti@gdgservicesrl.com with all references including the reservation number.
Following the submission of the cancellation request you will receive a confirmation that your reservation has been cancelled.
BILLING
The sale prices of rental services offered on the site https://www.gdgservicesrl.com are VAT included. llsystem booking on the website https://www.gdgservicesrl.com as an online seller, does not impose the issuance of an invoice to a consumer (not VAT registered), according to Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633 of Oct. 26, 1972 and Article 2, letter oo) of Presidential Decree No. 696 of Dec. 21, 1996 (as confirmed by Resolution No. 274/E of Nov. 5, 2009).
A corresponding receipt for payment of the total rental amount will be issued upon signing the Contract at the dock.
